Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions

Required Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and understand construction documents and specifications
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and possible construction approaches
